In this session, participants will explore the opportunities to embed a Reconciliation lens within their Human Resources practices. We will share best practices regarding Reconciliation and the talent management lifecycle, as well as Reconciliation and learning/development priorities. There will be plenty of time for sharing resources and current work across businesses, as well as time for question-and-answer with our facilitators.
