Program Facilitator

Fatou Diagana is a dedicated and passionate educator with a decade of experience teaching at both primary and secondary levels. She has always been driven by a deep interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) and has successfully incorporated these principles into her previous curricula, making her classroom an inclusive space for all students.

In the past year and a half, Fatou transitioned into the field of Talent Development, where she has focused on DEIA skill development, further cementing her commitment to fostering a more equitable and inclusive society. Her dedication to this cause was underscored by her participation in Curated Leadership’s Leading with Equity and Justice course in February 2023.

Fatou holds a dual degree, having graduated from Bishop's University in 2012 with a B.A. and B.Ed., which has been instrumental in shaping her teaching philosophy. Throughout her career, she has been a tireless advocate for children, human rights, and education, consistently working to empower the next generation with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly diverse and complex world.
