Program Facilitator

Kadir (he/they) is a queer and trans facilitator, coach, and artist settled in T'karonto, Canada. He has had the honour of supporting folks from queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, tech, and creative communities through his coaching and facilitation practice, Kolam Creative Collective. He worked as a Software Engineer and Manager in tech companies for over a decade before becoming trained as a coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching. He is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Kadir's facilitation work is rooted in anti-oppression, Transformative Justice and Disability Justice. His workshops with community organizations have re-imagined how we teach skills we use every day like giving feedback or navigating conflict by re-centering our bodies, land and relationships. In partnering with Curated Leadership, he is excited to bring his experiences to the crucial work of building inclusion, belonging and equity.
